Shipping, Pickup & Returns

We ship bicycles & accessories directly to your door. Your bicycle will be delivered to you in a flat pack, 80% assembled. We will provide you with instructions so that you can complete the remainder of assembly.

VALLKREE mechanics are available over the phone Monday - Friday in order to answer any of your assembly questions. Just call 0406 889 227.

Delivery to Bike Store (Bicycles only)

If you would like a bike store to complete assembly of your bicycle, put the bike store's address in the shipping details section of your order. We will ship your bicycle directly to the bike store. It is important that you speak to the bike store first and let them know your bicycle will be sent directly to them. You should also try to confirm an assembly price with the bike store prior to delivery. You will responsible for all assembly charges.

Who delivers your products?

We deliver Australia wide using a combination of Australia Post and Couriers. To ensure your delivery arrives, we utilize registered post on all our items so your delivery does not get lost. You can track the progress of your delivery by using the Reference Number that is sent to you in your Despatched confirmation. We ask that you DO NOT provide us with a Post Office Box address. Where possible please have deliveries sent to a work place or residence where someone is available to receive for the item.

Delivery Times

All in stock items will be dispatched within 5 days of ordering. You will receive a dispatch notification & tracking number. Items are dispatched from Byron Bay and standard delivery time frames apply. If you live in a rural area please allow a few extra days for delivery.

We offer the FREE deliveries all over the Australia except the below area:

York QLD: $950.00
Southern WA & Central WA: $400.00
Northern WA & Broome WA: $750.00
Alice Springs: $400.00
Northern Territory: $400.00
TAS(except Hobart, Launceston): $350.00
Perth WA, Hobart & Launceston TAS: $200.00
SA(except Adelaide): $200.00
Adelaide SA: $100.00

NOTE: Prices are Australian Dollars per bike.

Accessories Delivery Price (except Sidecar)

York QLD, WA (except Perth), Alice Springs, NT and SA: less than 5kg: $65.00
Perth WA,TAS and Rural Areas in QLD,NSW&VIC: less than 5kg: $35.00
All Other Areas: less than 5kg: $15.00

NOTE for Accessories: Up to 5kg is the above set up. Then every 5kg excess is $5.

Sidecar Delivery Price

We offer the FLAT RATE of $50.00 except the below area:

York QLD: $650.00
PerthWA: $100.00
Southern WA & Central WA: $200.00
Northern WA & Broome WA: $350.00
Darwin NT: $100.00
Alice Springs: $200.00
Northern Territory: $250.00
Hobart & Launceston TAS: $100.00
TAS(except Hobart, Launceston): $150.00

Pick Up

VALLKREE provides a FREE pick up service from our shop in Byron Bay. You can pick up your bicycle 100% assembled and ready to ride. Please wait for notification that your bicycle is ready for pick up.

Refunds and returns

1. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes, restricts or modifies the consumer guarantees provided for by statute including under the Australian Consumer Law.

2. Refunds are strictly limited to those available under clauses implied by statute.

3. The Customer must comply with directions from staff to facilitate a return.

4. Returned Products, under the Returns Policy must be returned in their original packaging with all accessories.

5. Where You are returning a Product to us because of Our failure to comply with a consumer guarantee, You must return the Product to us at Your cost unless the Product cannot be returned, removed or transported without significant cost to You because of:
(a) the nature of Our failure to comply with the consumer guarantee, or
(b) the size or height, or method of attachment, of the Product.
